This month was
Sample Bar's 1st birthday! It was also my first time subscribing to them, or any beauty sample monthly subscription. Super exciting! Here are the products, a short review on each and an overall review on Sample Bar.

Above are the pictures of the box, and all of the products. Now the fun part, unboxing and reviewing!
The first product on the list was Pure Fiji Hydrating Guava Body Lotion. "With nourishing blends of exotic blends of nut extracts combine in perfect harmony with fresh coconut milk and enriched with guava fruit to rapidly hydrate, nourish and protect the skin!" I fell in love with this lotion! It retails for a hefty $49.00NZD (350ml) but I would say it's worth every cent. It leaves your skin insanely hydrated with such a beautiful sheen. Smells great too!
Next up, Couleur Caramel - a lipstick. Shade unknown but I would say it's a dark burgundy. What's really impressive about Couleur Caramel is their recyclable packaging, they are cruelty free, vegan and contain no chemicals! I wasn't a fan of this shade however, after I had applied it I was slowly adapting to it. And I probably might wear it one day :) Also, this was a full size product! RRP $21.90NZD-$49.90NZD (3g-10g) They also have free gifts with purchases on their website so check em out :) I'm a sucker for free gifts!

Rosehip By Essano - Gentle Foaming Cleanser RRP $14.99NZD (140ml). Infused with active natural botanical extracts and certified organic Rosehip Oil. Promises to renew skin without drying as it is soap-free and soothing. Since it's soap-free it doesn't lather, but it sufficiently cleans the face you just need to use two or three pumps, it leaves the face feeling (and smelling) great and I find it tightens the skin too! I've added it into my skincare routine and they've included two bottles which I'm sure will last a good two months if not more :)
Next is Angel Orange Flower Shampoo & Hair Mask. RRP $39.00NZD (400ml). I don't want to try this until I colour my hair next as it is for coloured hair. But I'm looking forward to it! "Professionally formulated for coloured hair, this shampoo contains Bitter Orange Flower extract for colour retention leaving hair soft and shiny. he irresistible hair mask is packed with powerful ingredients to lock in colour and to leave hair shining and vivacious" I really like that they contain SPF properties to fight against UV ray damage. Colour fade from the sun, anyone?! Also, two packets were included with two sachets each! Bonus.
Last of the products is the Surmanti Mango & Rosehip Mousse. Retailing at $47.00NZD (175g). Even the sample packaging is adorable so I can't wait to buy a full sized product from them, I definitely will be! I fell in love with the smell, it is absolutely delicious. It automatically reminds me of a tropical paradise and it goes on so smoothly, the scent gets more intense as you rub it in. Slight product build up causes an exfoliating feel, but it disintegrates very quickly. I can't wait to buy some candles from them too! I bet they smell amazing. "Hand and body mousse is high in antioxidant content and has anti-inflammatory properties that provide incredible moisture retaining and healing abilities" Their products are made in small batches and they use natures finest ingredients. NZ made!

Bonus product was the Dot's Laundry Powder. Retailing for $6.99NZD-$13.99NZD (1kg-2kg) A mum can never have enough laundry powder :P.
Overall, I was very happy with this months glam pack. I was hoping to see more makeup products, but I hardly ever buy skincare and hair products so it's always nice to have a few. There are a few products that I definitely will be purchasing, like the Pure Fiji Body Lotion & the Surmanti Mousse. For $25 a month, 5 samples is a great deal, they are also known to include full size products from time to time which are usually if not always priced more than $25!
